When answering a (price) survey within a visit the response time of numeric key-board pop-up is really slow. This is happening in survey with multiple products.
Before the C4C app release 1705, was used a dedicated numeric keypad pop-up of the system to fill the values within surveys and other fields.
About the issues related with keypad performance within the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer app, we have done an enhancement and from app release 1705 will be used the device native keypad. With it, the performance will be better.
Also, with release 1705, we also enabled pagination (which should be enabled at survey level) for surveys with high number of products. this is recommended for big surveys and check with this option also.
