Where is the configuration control for the Position Side Panels?

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Org Chart Configuration
  2. Select the tab "Position Organization Chart"
  3. In the section labeled "Set the Side Panel Sections that are displayed in the Position Organizational Chart. You can use the arrows to determine the order of the sections."
  4. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

What can you do?

You can change the order and visibility of each of the different Side Panel blockes which can be displayed for a Position.

Position Details
Position History
Position Hierarchy Details
Incumbent Details
Global Assignment Details
Job Requisition Details

 

Can I control the field visibility for the fields that are displayed in each of these Side Panel blocks?

Currently this is not possible

 

Can I configure this so different users will see different Side Panel blocks?

Currently this is not possible - the setting is Universal
