You noticed that the Total Purchased Volume field is populated with the value 0, even though you have purchased licenses.
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Service Control Center work center -> Users Subscription view -> Counted User Overview subview;
2. Total Purchased Volume appears as 0.
You are checking the Total Purchased Volume for a Test system.
SAP only considers licenses purchased for Productive systems.
This is the expected behavior of the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.
