Reproducing the Issue
In Web browser – when using the web browser, the number of search results is around 30 records.
In Android Mobile – when using an android device, the number of search results initially being displayed is around 20 records. However, there is an option to display an additional 20 records if the user clicks on the “Load more 20” option. This goes on and on until all the possible records are displayed.
In IPhone – when using an IPhone device, the number of search results being displayed is around 20 records. Unlike an android device, it does not have an option to display more records.
The number of search results being returned when using the Search Tool depends on the device being used by the user. As of the moment, there is no workaround to make this functionality consistent across different devices. We suggest that in order to optimize the Search Tool, user should provide a more specific key word when using this functionality (e.g. searching using full name).
