2462595 - Chargeback Account field empty in Scheduled Offering - LMS

Symptom

  • When trying to add user to a Scheduled Offering, the chargeback account’s field comes up as empty.
  • Chargeback Account Code needs to get updated automatically.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Learning tab.
  2. Select Scheduled Offerings.
  3. Search with the Scheduled Offerings ID and click to open it.
  4. Click on Registration and then click on Add Users to add the user to Scheduled Offerings.

  5. Enter user to search and Chargeback Account field is empty.

Cause

Purchasing option is not set to “Distribute Charges to Specific Account Codes”.

Resolution

  1. Go to Learning tab.
  2. Select schedule offering and search for the Scheduled offering facing issue.
  3. Click on “More”.

  4. From the popup window, choose “Chargeback” button on the left.
  5. Under “Edit Scheduling Chargeback” section, select “Distribute Charges to Specific Account Codes” as Purchasing option.
  6. Click "Apply Changes" button.

  7. Now go to Users tab on top.
  8. Select Organization tab and search for Organization ID.
  9. Click on Edit button 2462595_3.jpgto open it.
  10. Under “Add Cost Centre” add in the account code and click Add.
  11. Click Apply Changes and close window.
