When a user tries to enroll self for a benefit, the following error message appears:

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the instance
- Proxy as the end user if the logged in user is not the end user
- Navigate to Employee Benefits
- Hit on Enroll to enroll to the benefit plan
- It should take the employee to the benefit enrolment screen but instead it gives an error message "You are not authorized to view this data for the selected user"
The user does not have sufficient permissions.
The user should have the following permissions to complete the action successfully.
Authorization Enrolment , KBA , LOD-SF-EC-GBF , Global Benefits , LOD-SF-EC , Employee Central , Problem
