While editing a Purchase Order, you get a dump when trying to open the Output History tab.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Purchase Requests and Orders Work Center.
- Go to Purchase Orders view.
- Edit the affected Purchase Order.
- Go to the Output History tab.
- System crashes.
The document has too many Output data and attachments, more than the suggested ~20 MB. Then during the load of output history, it fails because of huge data to be loaded.
Currently we do not suggest having more than ~20 MB of overall attachment size relevant for output in a single Purchase Order to avoid these issues.
An option would be to split the affected Purchase Orders into multiple Purchase Orders or else mark the attachments as not relevant for output.
In case the selected communication method is printer then you can print it offline and send it across to the Supplier.
