Reproducing the Issue
- the DNS TXT records contains the following clause: " include:prodmail012a.successfactors.eu include:prodmail012b.successfactors.eu "
- we do not have TXT record for prodmail012a.successfactors.eu and prodmail012b.successfactors.eu in our DNS, they are A records instead.
cusotmer can update their DNS TXT record and replace following clauses:
" include:prodmail012a.successfactors.eu include:prodmail012b.successfactors.eu "
TO: " include:successfactors.eu " and try sending emails again.
