The Workflow Logs do not display logs of workflows triggered, if the Rule Type is Notification.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Administrator work center.
- Go to Workflow Rules view.
- Select the Gear Wheel on the Action Bar.
- Select Worflow Log.
As per the current functionality, SAP Hybris C4C only supports log functionality for Rule Type : Email, Field Update, Messaging and Action.
