2458913 - Renaming Workqueue Columns in Dashboard-Onboarding

Symptom

  • Renaming workqueue columns in Onboarding/Offboarding Dashboard.

Environment

  • Applicable to All Data Centers.
  • Onboarding.
  • Offboarding.

Resolution

  • Add the fields in(superadmin --process--choose respective process--Index fields) in order to reflect in workqueue.
  • Make ensure display key and key name is maintained properly in data dictionary.
  • After adding or renaming fields,In superadmin-- Manage Index Fields Cache and then selct- Yes, > Rebuild cache > Save changes.
  • Make ensure you are checking in same locale after renaming the fields.(Profile should maintained in same locale in order to changes get reflected).
  • Assigned To ,Activity, Due Date columns are hardcoded fields and cannot be modified.
