You find that there are two or more customer specific price lists active at a moment with different validity dates, for a particular customer.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Product and service portfolio Work center
- Select the view Price lists
- Select Show: Customer specifis Prise List
- Search for the particular price list
- Select Release
Here you can see multiple Price Lists.
When you create an order different prices of the Product are pulled depending on the pricing date you enter.
This is because prices for that product is different in both the above mentioned Price Lists, hence the prices are picked according to the maintained price in accordance with the pricing date.
It's a standard system behavior.
