- Customer access bizx through third party system(ADFS) rather than direct bizx url.
- Customer recieved an seamless login error and SSO is enabled when accessing Application Through ADFS.

Customer is accessing bizx platform through third party(ADFS) rather than direct Bizx url(performance manager url).
SSO is enabled for the customer instance.
When accessing application, seamless login issue occured. Below mentioned healthchecks need to be done with external vendors:
1.Please check with adfs team and relaystate is not mandatory.Please try to remove relay state and check application once.
2.If relay state is enabled, the below configuration should be maintained :
The redirection is controlled by request's relayState parameter.
If customer is using absolute path , RelayState=https://performancemanager10.successfactors.com/xi/ui/home/pages/home.xhtml
If you need to take user to bizx, then relayState should be without domain like /xi/ui/home/pages/home.xhtml.
If you want to take user directly to ONB, then relayState should be full Onboarding url.
3. If second option does not work, set the relay parameter as /sf/Home and application will not throw seamless login issue if you are accessing application via third party(ADFS).
