You have created few tickets in the backend (Example: source could be Manual Data Entry), but the employees for whom these tickets were created get to see the tickets in their dashboard in Ask HR.
You would like to know whether it is possible to hide the manual tcikets to appear in Ask HR.
It is not possible to hide any tickets in the AskHR portal if the tickets are created in the name of the employees.
Is there a way to do a mass upload on the existing tickets to change the employee names to other Employee?
Yes, It is possible. We are using Reported By field as a filtering condition in the ticket list query. So you can try updating this particular field using Data Workbench in C4C.
