2458318 - Information Required for Data Workbench and OData Services in Implementation

Symptom

In order to process and analyse issues efficiently, we should gather the following information: 

OData

  • Are you using Standard OData service or Custom OData service?
  • URL which you are using to call the Collection for the Business Object
  • Tool which you are using for e.g POSTMAN or OData Console or any third-party software
  • If you are GET function, then let us know the filters you are using in the URL and use case for using those filters
  • In case an error message occurs: Error message that occurs and the action that triggered the error message.
  • If you are using function POST, PATCH, PUT and DELETE then check if you are passing the right x-csrf-token.
  • If you are using any Headers, then provide us the same
  • If you are using function POST, PATCH ,PUT and DELETE then provide us the permission to execute the same on our end and provide us the payload which you are passing in the Body
  • If you are using HCP or any Client Application. Please give us the URL and User Credentials to access the same.
  • If you are using HCP please provide us the User Credentials which is used to access HCP and if the same user is present in C4C.
  • Is this issue a general issue or does this only occur for a specific user (in this case please provide the user).

 

Data Workbench  

  • Work center and View in which the issue occurs. Import, Update, Export, Template and Monitor view
  • Exact steps on how to reproduce the issue.
  • Monitor View- If you are facing any issue in this view let us know the Task Name and issue which you facing
  • If you are getting not meaningful error in Monitor view, then you can provide us the file for which the issue is coming and permission to simulate the same file
  • Import/Update View- Business Object for which you are trying to Import. Provide us the CSV file and the permission to retry the same
  • Export View- Business Object for which you are trying to Import and the issue which you are facing in this.
  • Templates View-  Business Object for which you are trying to create the template and provide us the complete steps followed by you and permission to try the same at our end
  • In case an error message occurs: Error message that occurs and the action that triggered the error message.
  • Changes that were performed.
  • What is the actual result and what is the expected result.
  • If you are facing issue while uploading the file in Import/Update view, then check if you have formatted the file in UTF-8 format. In addition to this also check if you have not made any changes to Header Information
  • Is this issue a general issue or does this only occur for a specific user (in this case please provide the user).
