2457551 - Continuous Performance Management module page keeps loading

The Continuous Performance Management page keeps loading when accessing the CPM module.

1. Log into the instance;
2. Go to Continuous Performance Management module;
3. The CPM page keeps loading.

1. Permissions are not properly granted;
2. The OData metadata has not been automatically refreshed since CPM was enabled.

Permissions are not properly granted

Please verify that the following minimum permissions are granted per the CPM Admin Guide - this includes the basic Employment Data permissions such as the "View" permission for First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Title, and Manager. Follow the steps below to verify the issue:

1. Under the Continuous Performance User Permission Category, check the Access to Continuous Performance Management, Permission to request feedback on achievements and Permission to read feedback on achievements:

2. Under Continuous Performance Management category, enable the View and Edit permission for Achievement, Activity and Other Topic:

3. In the Manage Integration Tools category, enable the Admin access to OData API:

4. And in the Metadata Framework category, enable the Read/Write Permission on Metadata Framework: 

5. Additionally, please verify that "Employee Export" permission's target population is not set to "Exclude Granted User from having the permission access to him/herself".  This setting can cause data loading issues within CPM;
6. Check the Employment Data permissions for First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Title, and Manager:

The OData metadata has not been automatically refreshed since CPM was enabled

If a scheduled job was not triggered after enabling CPM and entities in CPM were updated/edited, this can cause the issue to happen.
