When doing learning history recording manually via admin is not showing up in the system.
Completed via Learning history import functionality (System Admin > Tools > Import Data > Record Type:Learning History), imported learning history and the result is "Succeeded", but learning history data did not show in "Learning History" tile in "Learning" menu.
Completed the record learning for the user from the UI (record learning multiple), but learning history data did not show in "Learning History" tile in "Learning" menu, or in the learning event editor

Check if the item for which you are recording learning has a survey attached to it and is required for item completion.
As soon as we record learning the survey assignment is triggered to the user,
And unless the user completes the survey the learning history will not be visible in the Learning event Editor or in the user's learning plan.
If you want to check the survey at the item level - you can go in as following -
1) Go to Item
2) Related More section
3) Evaluations - Item Evaluation : User Satisfaction section (you will see a survey which is mandatory for complition)
So how/when the hisotry will show up -
1) User needs to complete the survey, then only the history will show up, for already recorded user.
2) Till the item has survey which is required for item complition, user has to complete the survey first then only the history will show up.
3) If you remove the survey or make it not required for item completion, then the history will show up imediately.
The listed pointers cannot be controlled by any configuration but a system behavior while the item has a survey which is required for item complition.
Note - This article is also relavant if the item is online and after completion not showing up.
