2454032 - Unable to View Achievements on SAP Jam Profile

Achievements page will not load

SAP Jam

• Navigate to your SAP Jam Profile > click on Achievements.
• Screen will try to load the Achievements page, but process will never complete.

SAP Jam cannot connect to the Bunchball Server. The"Bunchball hostname" is the server that handles all the achievements tracking.

To retrieve the bunchball hostname: navigate to SAP Jam Admin > Integrations > Gamification > Bunchball Hostname

From your laptop, ping the Bunchball hostname. If it’s inaccessible, that would explain why your achievements page is not loading. If that server is unreachable, then you will need to contact your system administrator to access.
It may be a firewall or proxy issue. The system administrator would be better situated to diagnose and resolve the issue.
