Child filter fields are not selectable/grayed out after selecting parent filter field on the career site.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to External Career site> See below screenshot> You can see that after selecting the value from Parent field 'Group Company', child fields 'Business' and 'Location' are grayed out. Parent-Child picklist are corerctly configured in the Job req template as well as in the picklist file.
Search order and Grid order done in the backend(provisioning) are not correct.
See below: In this scenario, Group Company field is the Parent field and Business & location fields are the child fields. Grid order and Search order for the child fields are doen befoer the Parent field.
Example: Group Company grid & search order is 6 where as Child fields are 4 and 5.
Whenever there is a Parent-Child picklist field used in the serach criteria on career site, please make sure grid/search order for parent field should be first and then only for child field.
In this example, Group Company grid and search order should be 4 and Business & Location order should be 5 & 6 respectively.
After correcting the order, Cild fields are selectable and not grayed out.
If you are a Partner, please correct the order in Internal and External search settings in Provisioning
If you are a customer, please craete an incident for Cloud Product Support to check the configuration
