The facet: Output in Sales Quotes is missing for sales quotes of a particular Document Type.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales work center.
- Go to Sales Quotes view.
- Open any Sales Quote.
- Notice the Output facet missing.
The necessary settings have not been maintained in Business Configuration.
- Go to Business Configuration work center.
- Go to Implementation Projects view.
- Select Open Activity List button.
- Under the Fine-Tune tab, select Sales Quotes.
- Select Maintain Document Types.
- For the particular Document Type, check that the Direct Customer Acceptance has not been marked.
Mouse over for indicator Direct Customer Accecptance states: With this option you decide that the document won't be submitted to the customer for additional acceptance.
