Some Fields (Phone Number, Fax Number, Email) of the Contact are not editable.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to Customers work center.
Select the Contacts view.
Open Contact ABC.
Click on edit, the fields Phone Number, Fax number, Email are greyed out.
This can be due to several causes:
- The Account linked to the Contact has no address.
- The Contact has no Business Address.
- The Contact is not linked to any Account.
- The Contact came from an Integration system and hence cannot be edited.
