A user received email about an item that appeared on the Recommendations Newsletter that is not on the Recommendations tile on their learning plan.
How can we remove or prevent an item from appearing on the Recommendations Newsletter that is not on the Recommendations tile?

The recommendations when removed from the user's tile or assigned and completed will continue to appear in recommendation set/group in the email notifications but it does not reappear in the recommendation tile though.
The email notifications acts as a reminder of the last four or less recommendations made.
On checking the user's Items Completed section , you will see that this user has already completed the course and this is why the item is not seen in the recommendation tile.
