When you select a country for which CSF personal information is NOT enabled, you get an application error message.

Reproducing the Issue
Select an employee--> Go to personal Info--> click on (pencil icon) --> click on add global information--> select any of the following countries for eg., --Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, Portugal, Taiwan, Thailand--> application error has occured
Under manage business configuration > select global info > select the required country global info > you can see all the fields have enabled set to "no" which is the reason for the error.
You can either enable the required fields for the error not to show up or disable that particular country global info.
