- Are you able to reproduce this issue in Mobile browser in RUI version? (kindly use below browsers based on customer device).
- If IOS; Use Safari on device.
- If Android; Use Chrome on device.
- If Windows 10 for tablet; Use IE 11 on device.
- If Windows 8.1; Use IE11 on device.
- If Windows 10 for phone; Use Edge on device.
- Is issue reproducible in desktop UI? (HTML5 and RUI)
