Not able to see Import Employee History option under Manage Users
Reproducing the Issue
Admin Center --> Compensation Home --> Select a Variable Pay Plan --> Under Plan Setup --> Manage Users --> Not able to see Import Employee History option
When you Open the Variable Pay Plan --> Under Plan Setup --> Under Settings --> Select Employee Central Integration Settings
There you will see that Use Employee Central for History data to be set as NO as shown below.
You will need to set this able option as YES. Then also set the below option as shown in the picture below as YES.
