After upgrading to Catalog 3.0 , when you click on Browse All Courses from the My Learning Page, no data is shown as in the below screenshot.

Reproducing the Issue
- Logging on as a user, navigate to Learning Home Page.
- Click on Browse All Courses
- Note that no data is displayed.
Items are not marked as "Featured","New" or "Revised" in the catalog for which the users have access to.
When you click on Browse All Courses it will show the the Items which are marked as Featured, New & Revised in the catalog.
To set this feature, navigate to the Catalog on admin side and select the Items tab. You see an option to set the Flag as Featured, New & Revised, select a flag from the drop down and select a Untill Date and Save.
Then when you search with the Browse All Courses from the user end you will see this Item.
If you wish to disable this functionality and show all the Items in the catalog when the user clicks on Browse All Courses, then navigate to System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > CATALOG > and set catalogBrowseEnabled to false which is now in true.
