2436333 - If you are using Jam with Share Point - what are the create / edit / delete limitations?

Symptom

If you are using Jam with Share Point - what are the create / edit / delete limitations?

Additionally, if a customer uses a JAM group to access the SharePoint documents, then what would be the create/ edit / delete limitations within JAM or C4C?

Resolution

* By default, Jam uses a 'common' user to access Share Point.  The individual user is not used.

* If you want the user to login to Share Point and have their access rights in Share Point, you can use AvePoint or SAP Document Services (part of the Cloud Platform.

* Share Point in Jam is read only.   Section 5.5.1 in the admin guide describes the Share Point integration, but I didn't see anything or editing - my  understanding is that Share Point documents are read only.  You can download, but any edits won't go back to Share Point.
