How to create a report showing users Concurrent Employment in Advanced Reporting

Reproducing the Issue
You create a report in Advanced report but you can identify users primary account verse their concurrent employment user accounts.
Go to Analytics > Advanced Reporting > Employment > Global Job Information
- Add Person ID
- Add First Name and Second Name
- Add more fields ...
The Result output: cannot differentiate primary account vs their concurrent employment user accounts.
In Concurrent Employment each employee has 1 Person Id / 1 Account ID but Multiples User IDs - The choice of driving table is important when creating a report to display both employment
Start with User ID in the "User Table": Since each Concurrent Employment has own User ID / the report output will return each Employment User ID on a separate row.
Steps 1: Go to Analytics> Advanced Reporting > Employment> Global Job Information > User (table) > User Sys Info > add the following fields
- User ID (Each concurrent employment has own User ID)
- First Name and Last Name
Step 2: Then add field Person ID from Global Job Information:
- Person ID (Which is the same regardless of the employment)
Step 3: Add the Start Date, End Date and Job Title from the Global Job Information / since each employment has a - start date / end date and Job Tile
- Start Date
- End Date
- Job Title
Step 4: Add the Legal Entity (Each concurrent employment has different Legal Entity)
Step 5: Filter by First and last Name:
Result show :
- each concurrent employment user’s ID on a separate row
- Start Date (different for each concurrent employment)
- Job Title (different for each concurrent employment)
- Legal Entity (different for each concurrent employment)
- Same Person ID
