This article describes the process to be followed in order to increase the maximum number of candidates being displayed in a candidate search. Before b1702 release, when accessing the candidate list to a specific requisition, recruiters would have the option to see 10, 20, 50 or 100 candidates in one page.

For the b1702 release onwards, the SAP Development team has now enabled a feature that will allow clients to increase the maximum number of results in the Candidate Summary page to up to 1000.
In order to have this enhancement enabled in your system, please raise an incident with the RCM-PRV support team referencing this article and the development internal task RCM-32985. We will then access your system backend and have it enabled on your behalf.
It is important to inform that this functionality must be used carefully. Support the handling of more than 150 candidates in the candidate summary page is a beta functionality that may slow down the system when selecting more than 150 candidates. It is recommended to be used in cases where the number of candidates is considerably high, where having the candidates list divided in different pages would cause significant productivity impact.
