2435590 - How to increase the maximum number of (items) candidates per page that can be found in candidate search from 150 to 1000 - Recruiting Management

Symptom

This article describes the process to be followed to increase the maximum number of candidates being displayed in a candidate search. Before b1702 release, when accessing the candidate list to a specific requisition, recruiters would have the option to see 10, 20, 50 or 100 candidates per page.

Resolution

For the b1702 release onwards, the SAP Development team has now enabled a feature that will allow clients to increase the maximum number of results in the Candidate Summary page to up to 1000.

The option to be enabled is "Support the handling of more than 150 candidates in candidate summary page. (beta, use at your own risk, this may slow down the system considerably when selecting more than 150 candidates)" at Provisioning -> Company Settings.

To complete tasks in Provisioning, please contact your Implementation Partner for assistance. If you are no longer working with an Implementation Partner, you can raise a change request to SAP Support (Product function: LOD-SF-RCM-SCR) and attach the approval document related to this change request.

IMPORTANT: It is important to inform that this functionality must be used carefully. Support the handling of more than 150 candidates in the candidate summary page is a beta functionality that may slow down the system when selecting more than 150 candidates. It is recommended to be used in cases where the number of candidates is considerably high, where having the candidates list divided in different pages would cause significant productivity impact.
