Symptom

  • Customer has placed a zipped folder/s on their SFTP Account and now wish to have them unzipped

Environment

  • BizX Platform

Cause

  • There is no functionality available to the customer, or Customer Support, to unzip folders that have been placed on SFTP Accounts.

Resolution

  • To have folders unzipped, a COSR must be submitted to Operations.
  • Turnaround time for this request should typically be 1-2 days.
