You can now add attachments to the Recruiting Email Templates that are defined in the Manage Recruiting Email Templates page in the Admin Center. These attachments are used in Recruiting e-mail triggers, Status set emails and in ad-hoc communication with candidates.
New Attachment field is added to the templates in Manage Recruiting Email Templates in Admin Centre. This has been added as part of enhancement in b1702 release.
Before b1702, there was no Attachment option in the template.
After b1702 release:
You can attach multiple documents in the templates. The Attachment option is required in the scenario when there is a large number of applicants for a particular job and company wants to send out a document with information about the processes or the Interview process or any document which is required during hiring process. Until now, recruiting users had to manually send documents to desired applicant.
Below is the testing results:
Add a document. I am attaching document to the Invite to Apply template. You can attach multiple documents.
Document is now attached.
When you enable Trigger for Invite to Apply and select this template, document attached will be carried there. Recruiting users when invite candidate to apply now, this document will be attached to the Invite to Apply notification.
Attached document will also present under Edit Applicant Status when the template is selected.
