While accessing "Manage Career Site Builder" in Admin Center, system redirects the user to BizX home page.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to "Admin Center"
- Search for "Manage Career Site Builder" in Tool search
- Click on "Manage Career Site Builder" > system directs the user to the home page
The user's e-mail address is mapped to another BizX users as well and RMK system does not accept duplicate e-mail addresses. Due to this the user's data from BizX system is not synchronized to RMK system and hence user cannot access "Manage Career Site Builder" from Admin Center (BizX system).
To resolve this problem follow the below steps
- User has to make sure that his e-mail address is not being used by other BizX users
- Once the e-mail address is unique, when the Recruiter SSO runs next time his/her BizX data will be synchronized to the RMK system and he/she will be able to access "Manage Career Site Builder" tool from BizX system without system directing him/her to home page.
