You have set up DD.MM.YYYY as a Public Holiday on the Holiday Calendar for a specific Country. On opening the reports Employee Times: Weekly and Employee Times: Monthly, the Holiday hours are not displayed.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Time Administration work center
- Go to Reports view
- Select List subview
- Search and Open the report Employee Times: Weekly or Employee Times: Monthly
- DD.MM.YYYY is not available
The reports Employee Times: Weekly and Employee Times: Monthly will show Recorded Times and Planned Working Times.
There are no Planned hours for a Public holiday. Therefore, Public holiday will not show on these reports unless there are Times Recorded on the date DD.MM.YYYY of the Public holiday.
This is the expected system behaviour for the reports. The feature described is a new development request and we have added this functionality as a new requirement and will be available in one of the future releases.
