An error was identified by Support when trying to register a new mobile device in an instance. The error displayed is
"Mobile Server Timeout- An application error occured. Please try again later, or notify Support if the issue keeps occuring [10-500]".

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Bizx
- Go to Options> Mobile> Manage devices
- On the mobile device: generate an activation code
- in Bizx: enter the activation code and the device name
- Click SAV
- The error is displayed
A solution was found regarding this issue and it was implemented in customer's instances through a patch on February 25th 2017.
The resolution was tested with several customers and the issue coudl not be replicated.
