2426044 - Process & forms option not appearing in Admin Center

Symptom

  1. Admin is not able to find Process & forms option in admin centre.
  2. Unable to Find Process and Forms Under Manage Dashboards/ Reports.

Environment

  • SuccessFactors Succession

Reproducing the Issue

  • Login to Instance and Navigate to Admin Center and Search for Process and Forms.

Cause

  • Cause of this issue is related to Role based permission where user might not have been granted access to Process and Forms Under Manage Dashboard/Reports.

Resolution

Resolution for Symptom 1:

1. If customer is not able to find Process and Forms option then ask them to Enable the Option Process and Forms Under Manage Dashboard/Reports for a designated role.

Resolution for Symtom 2:

If you dont see this option under Manage Dashboards/Report then create an incident requesting support to enable Classic Reporting from backend.

Note to Support:

Login to Provisioning and Find Instance in question.

Go to Company settings and and Look for Classic Reporting. Enable the option and save.
