Unable to open any record in chunk view
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to a custom work center view in a mobile device in the Cloud of Customer extended app
- In mobile device the default view will be chunk view
- Here when trying to access any record, it does not open and also you do not find any link to click and open the TI (Thing Inspector)
- This issue will not occur in Responsive UI when accessed in the Desktop or in IPAD app.
The "Leading Object" Property for the column which should be a link should be set to "True"
Go to UI Designer and click on the column which should appear as a link in the chunk view. Check the "Leading Object" property and set to "True".
