Edit an old(Closed) Time Account.

Reproducing the Issue
PEP has been run and the old time account(2016) is closed and booking period ended on 31st Dec 2016.
Now the HR admin got the information that there are leaves which employee has applied in 2016 but he has not has not availed it.
The HR needs to cancel this leave from 2016 account and want it carry forwarded to the 2017 account.
Below are the steps to achieve the requirement:
1. In the Time Account, the closed flag to “No” and make the changes (Eg: Deleting/cancelling Employee Time)
2. Afterwards you need to ensure that the closed flag is set to “Yes” again.
3. You need to make sure that all other processes (e.g. transfer of remaining balances to next account) are done manually (i.e Manual Adjustment). PEP cannot be run again
Please note that this is not a recommended approach and is feasible only if few employee's Time account need changes.
This could lead to employees applying leave from old time account(if the Time Account is not closed properly).
