When searching for an employee in People Search, the search directs to an older version of the Employee Profile.

This issue is caused by a misconfiguration on the backend of the instance, when upgrading to People Profile.
To solve this, please engage SuccessFactors Support, or Inform the Implementation Partner that has done the upgrade, as when upgrading to People Profile from the backend, the V12 profile should not be unchecked, as this causes the People Search to redirect to V11 Profile.
Once the V12 Profile Option is checked again on the backend, it should start working properly.
