When you navigate to the Personal Information Page or the Payment Information portlet for a user.
You receive the following error: “Cannot convert undefined or null to object”:

This error is caused by one of the following:

• An MDF Country being set to "Inactive". To find the country do an MDF Export of Country and filter on inactive.
  It is currently not supported to inactivate an MDF Country.
  
  
• A "Null" selection is maintained on the Associated Pay Type assignment.
  Navigate to the select Pay Type, in the Country Association list, see if "No Selection" appears with a delete icon beside it.Please delete or reselect a Country:
