Incorrect or no results when searching for an employee by alternate first or last names.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to LMS instance as a admin
2. Open a Schedule offering where users are enrolled
3. Now search an enrolled user with last name
4. No result found when searched user with last name
User Search selector would be modified that associate user's last name with another field in the system
Make sure that you are able to search the same user with "last name" under Admin > Users > User search
If "Last name" search field is not available it means that the instance is customized to associate last name with another field in LMS
To confirm this, compare the user name listed in Schedule offering with the fields in User record to determine which field is associated with last name.
In the following screenshot, instance is customized to associate Last name with user's Department. Hence admin has to search as '(HR Dep)' and not as 'Shah'
