2419116 - Compensation - Generating custom Publish dates for Recurring and Non Recurring Components in Employee Central

Symptom

Compensation data is published in Employee Central with the effective date defined at template level for each Pay Component, but the system allows us to define custom publish dates so we can publish different components at different dates.

Resolution

The first step will be to create a custom Date field, We can define this field as coming from lookup tables, calculated or manually defined. In this example the value will be added manually.

We make the field available for us to determine a custom date for each user if we want to.

If we leave that field blank the system will use the default date defined at template level.

  •  Creating a custom publish date for Recurring Pay Components.

It will be necessary to add the field start-date to the output definition. For that please contact Professional Services or your prefered partner.

It will be necessary to add the field pay-date to the output definition. For that please contact Professional Services or your prefered partner.
