Resolution

Roambi users can have multiple devices associated with their account. A device becomes associated with your account when you login from that device using your Roambi account credentials. This process is call device registration and is the mechanism used to link your known devices with your Roambi account. When mobile devices become associated with your account, you can leverage Roambi specific security features, like Lockdown and Device Wipe, to better manage your Roambi data and security. To see which mobile devices are associated with your Roambi account, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Roambi account from a supported web browser
  2. Navigate to your account information by accessing the "View Account" button from the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Roambi home screen
  3. Navigate to the "Devices" section of the account screen
  4. The devices associated with your account will be listed on this screen
  5. To see more detailed information and access Roambi specific security features, select a mobile device from the list
