2416877 - Onboarding Tokens are not populating in Notification - Onboarding 1.0

• Location information is not updated in OCI
• Token ONB_NEW_HIRE_JOB is not populated in Buddy notification
• Token ONB_NEW_HIRE_LOCATION is not populated in Buddy notification
• Token ONB_NEW_HIRE_STARTDATE is not populated in Buddy notification

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

This problem could be caused by different reasons - One of the possible reasons could be that value is not passed from Onboarding 1.0 to BizX / Employee Central.

The token information is taken from 2 places

• Employee profile
• From Onboarding Candidate Info Object (OCI)

If the employee has a record in EC then the value is taken from Employee profile. If not, the information for the token is taken from OCI. In order Value to be populated in OCI you need to set up mapping in RCM and on the Panel.

Set up mapping for keys in RCM -Onboarding integration

1. Go to BizX - Set up Onboarding Integration - Set up mapping
2. Location  - DeptCode
3. JobTitle  - JobCode

If you initiate Candidate manually the Value should be captured from the Panel

1. Please set up key on the panel
2. Location  - DeptCode
3. JobTitle  - JobCode
4. Start Date or Hire Date - WOTCStartDate

Sending information from Onboarding 1.0

Onboarding 1.0 sends the information through integration. Make sure that you have all the fields included in Onboarding -> Settings -> Data dictionary -> Integrations -> EC -PostPHV folder (Engineering Ticket needs to be created)

Information in EC:

Make sure that you have mapped the fields from Onboarding to EC in Admin center -> Field mapping for Onboarding/Offboarding 1.0
