Symptom

1. Workflow to Subscribe agent emails if the user does not exist in RCM

  • Call is made to RCM
  • RCM determines if user exists (does not)
  • User is sent to create page
  • User creates an account with RCM
  • RCM calls RMK with payload via a user API
  • RMK checks for user in RMK users table (not found)
  • An account is automatically created in RMK with data from their subscribe
  • Accounts are linked

2. Workflow to Subscribe agent emails if the user exist in RCM

  • User enters email in RMK
  • Payload is created (user data, agent and other data)
  • Call is made to RCM
  • RCM determines if user exists (does)
  • User is sent to the login page
  • User logs into RCM
  • RCM calls RMK with payload via a user API
  • RMK checks for user in RMK users table (not found)
  • An account is automatically created in RMK with data from their subscribe
  • Accounts are linked
