Can PEP amount be recalculated or transfered when the employee gets transfered to a new company with new Time Account?

Reproducing the Issue
Say the PEP is run for 2016 account and 10 days are transferred to 2017 account for an employee.
Now the employee gets transferred to another company in another location and the time Information data is also changed, therefore a new account gets created.
The accrual is recalculated but the 10 days from PEP is not getting transferred.
The PEP will not get automatically transferred/recalculated during an employee transfer.
The amount needs to adjusted manually after the employee is transferred.
