2414339 - Dropdown/ Picklist displays "Loading..."

On my browser drop down is not loading the data although last line is saying "Loading..."

edit / click on any dropdown , and  scroll down until "Loading..." appears ....there should be more entries than displayed.

in this example the user is trying to edit/open the drepdown list for the "functional area" in Job Info Portlet

Please note the example below is on IE, but the issue may be replicated on all browsers.

The zoom may be more or less than 100%

Please check if the browser zoom is set to more or less than 100%

if that is the case, please adjust the zoom to 100%
