When accessing the Approval or Approvals tab the system shows the "loading" icon and never fully loads. We can access the forms correctly by clicking on Direct Reports or Entire Organization but the Approvals don't load.
In the logs we can see an error pointing to a permissions issue:
10:26:49,594 ERROR [FBCompHierarchyApproval] [18.104.22.168]  [CompanyID,CompanyName,stg4sfv4_STOCKPM4707.,dbPool1,suerID,username,en_US,sysadmin] User does not have the permission to view document!
Rollup Reports needs to be enabled on Compensation Home > Your template > Plan Setup > Advanced Settings so we will be able to fully use the Approvals tab.
