2413277 - Concurrent Employment - How does the UserID get created?

Symptom

When I create a new Concurrent Employment for an employee, the Concurrent Employment UserID that gets created is a new UserID.

Reproducing the Issue

For userId 12345 we create a Concurrent Employment, but the UserId created is 43251. We were expecting it to create UserId as 12345-1

Resolution

This is expected behaviour. For Concurrent Employment, the UserID that is assigned is the next available UserID, BUT, the Username will be set similar to a Global Assignment. For example -:

 Employment UserID PersonID Username
1 12345 12345 12345
2 43251 12345 12345-1
3 43252 12345 12345-2
