Is there a way to report on Prescreening Questions and Answers in a Job Requisition?

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Ad-Hoc Reporting;
- Try to report on prescreening questions and answers for a particular job requisition;
- There are no options to select for this data;
This is the expected behaviour. At the moment it is not possible to report on prescreening questions in the requisition via Ad-Hoc Reporting. It is possible using Integration Center.
Neither prescreening questions nor prescreening question responses are reportable in ad hoc reporting. However, a report can be made using integration center. This information can be seen on the screen or exported to a file.
SAP provides an integration center template to report on this data. This template can be dowloaded from this LINK. This template is a predefined integration export on answers to Prescreening Questions a job candidate enters in the application process in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.
The output file enables advanced recruiting users to extract information such as the list of questions applicants were asked, what applicants answered, what were the expected answers.

Observation: The required and Disqualifier column will not reflect the correct information. Due to the system design, it will get the information from the first question for these two attributes and just replicate it to the subsequent questions. In other words, it is not possible to have the information on the required and disqualified attribute for the questions as of today.
