You have made some of the Service Agents Obsolete in your system but when you create Leads, those Obsolete Service Agents are still available for selection in Owner (sales) field.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales work center
- Select Leads view.
- Select New Lead
- Select the value selection for Owner (Sales) field
This is expected system behavior.
In order to restrict the Service Agent based on Status, you need to create a custom default set with all your relevant status and make it as default via KUT and remove others if not needed.
