Customer wants to have leaves deducted considering non-working days and holidays
The time type here is having a time account and we cannot change the Calculation based on to calendar days
We will get error: “Only the work schedule calculation method is allowed if time account types are assigned”

Reproducing the Issue
Try to change Calculation based on field of a time type with time account to calendar days
An error pops up and we cannot set calendar days option
Only work schedule options can be added if time account types are assigned to a time type
Time account type- calendar days configuration is not supported inside a time type
To address the requirement of considering non-working days for a time type with time accounts, use Absence counting method:
Select holidays and weekends to consider all non-working days for counting absences.
Assign this absence counting method in the time type:
